"The Answer" (mockumentary)

Synopsis: 2012 - Year of prophecies and the election of the US president. "Poppin' the Question" and "The Answer" is a combined bizarre interactive (social) media experiment. For Real. In the end we, in fact, world society, will get an answer to the question whether or not aliens have ever been in contact with the US government. Specific time: December 21st 00.01h (Washington DC-time), to be answered by the president-elect.

At the centre of this campaign there is the mockumentary-movie "The Answer"; a fictional forecast, seen from the presidential candidates innercircles of the last months to this date. The movie ends with a shot of a clock: 23.59 (December 20th).

"Shrink Taxi" (drama)

Synopsis: Alan is a struggling psychiatrist in need of money. He is near bankrupt and has a hard time finding a job after his former business partner screwed him out of his own psychiatry practice. Then, working late one night as a cab driver, a former patient of his enters the taxi and begs him for advice. Somewhat reluctant, Alan agrees to have a 'session' as they are driving along. As soon as word is out patients are lining up to ride on "Shrink Taxi".

Come to think of it, this might even be material for a (reality) TV series.

"To Hell and Back" (true story)

Synopsis: Okay, this story is about a guy we know in person. Picture this. A young man in his twenties who is hearing impaired one day decides to drive from Amsterdam to the most southern tip of Africa in his banged up old van. His car is kept together with tape and wires but he succeeds and tells his story in this coming of age story.

"Battle of Ages" (action/adventure)

Synopsis: A modern day UFC fighter is knocked unconscious during a fight and suddenly finds himself in the middle of a gladiator battle in ancient Rome. Did he die and go to hell or is it all a big nightmare? First he must try to survive and then figure out a way back in time, back to his normal life.

"The Sing-a-Long Song" (comedy)

Synopsis: Set in the roaring 20's/30's, a male singer/entertainer takes advantage of the fact that one of his songs seems to have an actual hypnotic effect on people, and gathers a fortune making people hand him their money unknowingly. When he falls in love with the one girl who seems immune to his composition, he has to come clean in order to win his potential lovers' heart.

"Seafarer" (Sci-fi/drama)

Synopsis: John Whitnam, a seafarer who is on a solo-voyage around the world, has an encounter with something he cannot explain. Left in awe, he heads back to population with one very important message for all of humanity. However, back in the real world, he finds it is very hard to convince people and he runs into great resistance as no-one will believe him. Even people close to him figure he has lost his mind being on his own for too long.
